1. Director, Business Development, North America
Job Title: Director, Business Development, North America

The Director of Business Development position is a key sales role, responsible for developing and executing regional sales and business development strategies for target companies for Innovaide within the following Industry segments: Cloud and Storage, Consumer Electronics, Defense and Public Safety, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment, Networking and Telecom and Semiconductors.

The candidate will play a hunter role, responsible for acquiring new clients for Innovaide’s entire portfolio of Outsourcing Engineering Services including Product Engineering (Software, VLSI and Board design), Product Sustenance Engineering and Independent Testing services, for targeted large and mid-sized firms

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies.
• Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
• Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
• Focal point to manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, RFP response creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
• Work in close collaboration with pre-sales & delivery teams.
• Provide support to customers throughout an engagement.
• Contribute to the sales and marketing plan based on competitive positioning analysis and inputs from the market
• Establish interest, credibility and trust amongst Innovaide’s customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling technology services for both onshore and offshore based outsourcing services
• Ability to prospect, qualify and close services opportunities
• Record of a consistent over-achievement of large and mid-size client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
• 5+ years of experience in selling IT services within the region, preferably working in a leading IT services & products firm with prior experience of working with offshore teams.
• Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
• Good understanding of one or more of the industry segments
• Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management;
• Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore and onshore services
• Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading High Tech firms.
• Prior experience in relationship building with industry executives at trade shows, conferences, industry events and professional association meetings.
• Strong analytical and negotiations skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Travel Requirements

• The candidate is expected to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus.

2. Embedded Software Engineers
Job Title: Embedded Software Engineers

1. BS/MS with 5+ years of relevant experience in software development

2. Excellent C++, C language and general software development skills

3. Experience with Linux and kernel level development

4. Experience with industry standard processors like Intel, PowerPC, etc.

5. Prior experience with embedded and telecom systems is beneficial

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Software Test Engineers
Job Title: Software Test Engineers

1. BS/MS with 0-10 years of relevant experience in software testing

2. Excellent software development skills

3. Experience and/or knowledge of C, C++, Linux

4. Knowledge/Experience with automation and testing and scripting languages like Python

5. Prior experience with embedded and telecom systems is beneficial

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
