      Innovaide is already set up for ISO certification. We have processes in place
for Project Planning, Implementation and tracking. The usage of document
templates, configuration management, and spreadsheets ensures that the processes are
followed and recorded for each program

thus have no reason not to follow them. Through frequent training session we ensure
that the new hires are conversant with our quality processes and know how to follow them.
