and confidentiality?
Response: We identify all IPs and their respective owners (Client,
Innovaide, or third parites),
to be used in the program. Any new IP to be created gets typically
assigned to Client unless otherwise agreed to by Client. We understand
and appreciate the importance of confidentiality and IP because
we create some for our own use as well as for our clients. We will
discuss and meet all your requirements. We use technology and infrastructure
to restrict the sharing of information on need basis.
